While on a sabbatical rest and preparing for the upcoming World Changer’s Summit, the Lord began to challenge Dr. Matthew Stevenson’s outlook on rest. This occurrence wasn’t by coincidence either but was due in part to birth this powerful word.
In the stillness of God, we are able to see. This is a time where God is calling us to rest under His divine arrest so that He might give us instructions for the next season. 
The Spirit of God is arresting the “apostolic, prophetic, pioneering, forward moving, visionaries, entrepreneurs, dreamers, constructors, designers, cultural architects” and the like for His next move. It’s of extreme importance, that we adhere and align with these plans as they are being orchestrated directly from heaven. Even more, that we position ourselves by posturing our hearts and ears for what is to be spoken in them.
God’s hand is coming upon us to activate our “visionary ability” so that we might see and proclaim His works. The wise strategize and who better to receive strategy from but God. Still, only those under divine arrest will have access to the information and the grace He’s pouring out to accomplish it.
Prophets should especially expect this spiritual arrest because there are things on God’s heart that must be proclaimed. Partially to conquer the fear flooding our nation, but largely because it’s a part of God’s order. Dr. Stevenson concludes “God never moves before He has given information.” This information is something He reveals to His prophets (Amos 3:7). Prophets in this message, expect to hear a redemptive reproof aimed to stir you into accountability and action!
Revival is coming to America. Before any of us will see a revival on a large scale, we will experience it in a personal and intimate way. Per Dr. Stevenson, “God is creating personal revival in you so that you can become the carrier of that essence and release it and transfer it into others until it literally has abducted cities. “
For the next 14 to 21 days expect to hear “unprecedented heavenly conversation,” to have divine visitations, to experience angelic escorts, and for some to even go on excursions with God! While under this divine arrest, strategies will be revealed for your personal life, your city, and your ministry! So please watch, make the Presence of God a priority – submit to this arrest and get a peek into the future!
These are only a few highlights, there’s much more you need to hear so please watch the full video! Also, be reminded that God is going to speak to you in your own unique way! Don’t compare your relationship with God and how He interacts with you to His relationship with others! If you see an angel great, if not that’s okay too! If you hear God speak audibly that’s awesome, but if not that’s alright as well!
One thing is for sure, in the words of Dr. Kaye McDonald of Essence of the Cross Ministries and Essence Apostolic Network, “God is speaking. It’s in the atmosphere, but you must rest [refresh yourself in Him] to hear.”
