These “Samuels” are carrying oil to identify and anoint the overlooked. These Samuels are on a direct assignment to find the hidden treasures, to find these kings amongst the sons and these queens amongst the daughters. “One of the elevated functions of the prophetic in this hour is to pour oil on what has been overlooked. I believe God is sending prophetic people to overlooked places. I believe God is sending prophetic people with an anointing, with oil to pour out on people who have been overlooked by the religious systems and the religious structures, by people that Saul’s have pressed down and pushed down. There are kings amongst sons! I believe this coming year is going to be a year of the release of the kings and the queens in the spirit realm.”
