my monday morning garden walk...
turned into vine wrangling. 😆🌱
because the 'mini-me' watermelon (not shown)
& 'orient wonder' pole beans
needed a little help finding the trellis.
a few more details... 🌱✨
these ‘orient wonder’ pole beans 
started as seeds in the ground. 
they’re most tender at 12”–18”
they can grow up to 30” 🫛🤯
ours are growing up an arch
once the vines were several inches tall, 
i helped them find their support. 
after that… they pretty much took over. 
every now & then, 
i guide a wandering vine 
back where i want it.
in about 3 months, 
i've only stepped in a few times. 
the pole beans got a 
few tiny pieces of velcro this last time. 😆
& the white stuff = kaolin clay
an OMRI listed crop protectant
