Use these affirmations to forgive yourself and to forgive others.

I forgive myself for not forgiving myself sooner.

I forgive [say their name] for what I thought I wasted on them.

I forgive and release myself from what I thought it would be so I can accept things as they are.

I forgive myself for doing what I felt was right.
