Grace + Peace fam! It’s Lola here – if you’ve been following this month’s focus you know it’s about all things self-love. If you haven’t, here’s a brief recap of the three objectives.

February Focus: Self-love

  1. Authenticity – learn to accept yourself + embrace your authenticity to do your different boldly.
  2. Awareness  – leverage the power of self-awareness to boost your confidence + improve relationships.
  3. Affirmations – speak words to align yourself with who you are + renounce who you are not.

Now that you’re up to speed, this week, we’re focusing on affirmations. I think it’s important to offer diverse perspectives, so I’ve enlisted the help of Anthony D. Howard, my family in Chicago! Use these affirmations to promote self-love by restoring your harmony with God.
