Your Mind is Beautiful
The trouble for many isn’t the absence of genius ideas, world-changing concepts, or heart transforming words of affirmations. It’s communicating them.
Communication is a skill best learned through practice.
We often hear communication is key, but do we really understand how important that is for us personally? Effectively communicating allows all of those thoughts inside your beautiful mind to take shape and be heard. In a way that will resonate in others so that they’ll believe in your ideas, trust your motives, and open the door to the opportunities you need.
If you have trouble with this, practice expressing yourself by writing down what you want to say or even what you can’t say out loud. Once you write out your thoughts share it with someone you trust and ask them two things to measure their comprehension and your clarity:
- To summarize what you wrote.
- Did it make sense?
Now, accept their criticism and adapt your notes as necessary. After that, use your notes to help you clearly express your opinion with confidence and clarity.
You have a beautiful mind and you need to show the world what’s on it.
Remember, no one can read your mind. And all of the inside conversations and thoughts you have inside your head will never benefit anyone if you don’t speak up and speak out
