There is nothing worse than hearing your favorite person speak about things you’ve heard them say before. Seriously. Who wants to listen to the same faith-based questions answered over and over again? I don’t care how good or juicy the response is, it’s the same stuff you’ve already heard.
So, before you host your next or first interview, here are 32 questions that will give you a more engaging interview. Although these questions are made for female ministers, you can adapt them as questions to ask any ministry leader or even in a church interview.

- Do you ever regret saying something that was right but told in the wrong way or the wrong moment?
