Have you ever felt like your every move was under a microscope🔬⁉️⁉️⁉️ Like everything you did was being examined? Does it ever seem like at school 🏛, work🏢 and/or home🏡 someone is “meddling” in your business? No matter where you are it’s as if a micro manager is there to manage your every move‼️‼️‼️

Well within the last several weeks, I felt like I was being targeted🎯🎯🎯 for everything and from every angle 😩😩😩. I’d receive praise in one breath and in the next criticism. I’m like this can’t be life…

Last Sunday, February 21st, this thought came back before me after letting my nephew borrow my “vee” 🚙🚙 🚙. I was alarmed to see a text from him saying he’d been stopped by a police officer 🚔🚔🚔.I called him 📱. I prayed 🙏. I made sure all was well 🙌. Then we talked…our dialogue went sort of like this 👇👇👇

Did the officer inform you of of why he stopped you? Yes.

Why’d he stop you? He said I was speeding, but I was riding with traffic.

How fast were you going? 60.

Well you know the speed limit. It was a mustang right beside me that he didn’t pull over.

Were you going the speed limit? No…I can’t believe this happened.

Sometimes things happen to break behaviors before they form into habits. Yeah you’re right…I am kind of glad this happened.

I told my nephew it’s best to stop poor behaviors before habits form, so truly this experience was good. He received a verbal warning and was grateful.

It would be nice to get a pass on everything in life, but if we did where would we be?

Recently when I felt like “can I get a break,” God gave me insight into what I deemed as the workings of my many alleged “oppressors.” WHAT WAS THE REVELATION…

You are children of God, and he speaks words of comfort to you. You have forgotten these words: “My child, don’t think the Lord’s discipline is worth nothing, and don’t stop trying when he corrects you. The Lord disciplines everyone he loves; he punishes everyone he accepts as a child.”

Hebrews 12:5-6 Easy-to-Read Version

When I felt the extra pressure, God likened it to a father’s presence, particularly His Presence. He is always seeking to lead us to the better side of life. He does this by making us better, which is more like Him. Seeing these things from His perspective helped me to appreciate it rather than being frustrated by it‼️ I’m special to God and because He loves, He won’t let me “get away” with any and everything‼️

So accept sufferings like a father’s discipline. God does these things to you like a father correcting his children. You know that all children are disciplined by their fathers. So, if you never receive the discipline that every child must have, you are not true children and don’t really belong to God.

Hebrews 12:7-8 Easy-to-Read Version

So in situations where you feel like “really this is happening to me” or “I can’t get away with anything,” see God’s hand in it. See the loving Father gently leading, nudging & shaping you for your good! After all, if He didn’t we wouldn’t be His children‼️

We have all had fathers here on earth who corrected us with discipline. And we respected them. So it is even more important that we accept discipline from the Father of our spirits. If we do this, we will have life. Our fathers on earth disciplined us for a short time in the way they thought was best. But God disciplines us to help us so that we can be holy like him. We don’t enjoy discipline when we get it. It is painful. But later, after we have learned our lesson from it, we will enjoy the peace that comes from doing what is right.

Hebrews 12:9-11 Easy-to-Read Version

PRAYER

Father, thank You for allowing us to see that You love us and even in the apparent correction from others You are guiding us. Let us not lose sight of this or sight of the fact that even this is inspired by Your love. Give us the ability to differentiate between abuse and the loving fatherly disciple You show Your children. Let us not give up, but work diligently to receive all that You would have for us! Allow our circumstances to change us for the better, then allow us to change our circumstances!

In Jesus Name, Amen!

Thank you so much for this! Yes, I feel like this a lot…LOL I’m one of those folks who God has on a short leash… 😂😩

But I know it’s all for my good.

I’m loving your writing BTW!

I’m inspired by how consistent you are about writing and sharing your writings online. It’s something I know I need to work on after temporarily taking my sites offline… but I plan to relaunch soon. But enough about me…lol

Please keep it up! You will be rewarded greatly for your diligence and excellence, even if you don’t see the full manifestation of your labor right now…

You will reap a bountiful reward in due time – just don’t faint! Your time of reaping (spiritually AND financially) and exposure is near! Your giftings WILL make room for you and cause you to prosper – as your soul continues to prosper, in Jesus’ name!💃

Peace out!😊

Grace & Peace to you!

Thank you for sharing your thoughts and also providing that encouragement…I truly appreciate it!!!

As far as the short leash, I love listening to the wisdom of the late John Paul Jackson and he spoke of “the short leash.” He actually said the closer we get to our destiny [which I’ve grown to realize is progressive] the shorter the leash we are on so that we don’t falter from God’s divine plan…so this should be an indication for you that you’re getting warmer, hotter and closer!

I’ll be praying for you concerning your relaunch, it’s going to be totally awesome! I saw a graphic you did for about the “great grit debate,” it was amazingly hilarious! Thank you again for sharing and let me know if there is anything I can do to support you.
